The Peck’s Lake Protective Association (PLPA) Board of Directors is seeking applications from not-for-profit organizations to be awarded as the designated charity to receive a portion of the proceeds raised by the 2015 triathlon. The applicant organization must be a 501(c)(3) corporation (or be able to demonstrate to the PLPA Board’s satisfaction appropriate financial safeguards for the distribution of funds); must serve Fulton County residents with 100% of the funds used for direct client benefit/services. The application deadline is December 15, 2014. The Peck’s Lake Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for August 1, 2015.
