Chamber Overview

The Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce is an association comprised of businesses, their employees and community individuals who are committed to our mission of improving the region's business climate, economy and quality of life.  With close to 1,000 members strong, the Chamber is the leading voice of business in the region providing advocacy, resources and solutions for our members.

Why the Chamber?

When people call the Chamber office or request information through the Chamber website about local businesses, ONLY Chamber members are referred.

The Chamber plays an active advocacy role, representing the business community’s interests in the halls of government. As a member of the Chamber, you have direct access to local, state and federal decision makers through Chamber representation.

All members are listed on the Chamber’s website and have the benefit of a free hyperlink to their own site from the Chamber’s. Members have the opportunity to update their listing, add representatives, job postings, driving directions, hours of operation, etc. from their private access to the Chamber’s membership database.

Monthly networking opportunities and seminars are the perfect way to meet new contacts and expand your business.

Advertise in our monthly newsletter received by more than 1,300 contacts monthly, or in the annual directory given to thousands of Chamber members and visitors alike; businesses can advertise on our websites.

Submit articles about your business for publication in the Chamber’s Newsline to tell your fellow Chamber members what you have to offer. Brochures can be displayed at our offices and at the Vail Mills Visitors Information Center.

Sponsoring Chamber events is the perfect opportunity to advertise your business to Chamber members and the community as these events are heavily publicized, promoted and attended.

The Chamber's health insurance partner, Bouchey & Clarke, offers a variety of health insurance plans that can fit the needs of any employer or employee.  Plans and contact information are listed in the Membership tab, under health insurance.

Market your business through our Visitor’s Guide, Chamber web site, relocation packets, tourism goody bags, and many other publications and Chamber programs.

The Chamber hosts multiple events that you are invited to enjoy as a Chamber member; many are free and are available ONLY to Chamber members.

Not all businesses who join a chamber are necessarily active members, but all are important. When it comes to representing the needs of the business community, there is indeed strength in numbers. Chambers of Commerce also benefit the communities they serve by promoting the growth and vitality of the local economy, the foundation of every community.
