Chamber membership offers a myriad of benefits, from networking and exposure opportunities to advocacy efforts and shop local initiatives. We are constantly working to better serve our membership and the community and are always looking for new ways to help the businesses of our region succeed. This spring the Chamber has some great opportunities available to help your business get the exposure it needs and unlike our usual services they are only available for a limited time!

 

The first is for our 2017 Business Expo being held on Thursday, April 6 from 4-7 pm at the Johnstown Moose Lodge, 109 S. Comrie Avenue. This Expo is a chance to showcase your products and services and offers opportunities to engage in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer marketing, Chamber member networking and introductions to the general public. By offering at your Expo booth promotional materials, product samples and giving demonstrations, you can boost your sales and reach hundreds of potential customers all in one night! This is an amazing opportunity to get exposure for your business and build relationships while taking advantage of discounted rates offered only to Chamber members. Do you have interest in getting involved? Have you considered Chamber membership in the past? This is your time! Any new member who joins the Chamber between now and the week of the Expo will be given $25 off their booth space; additionally new members that join between now and March 15 will be entered to win a FREE booth space! Another great opportunity, offered exclusively to Chamber members, is a chance to be included in a unique advertising space called Destination One. These spaces are located on the outside of the Fulton County Visitor’s Center in Vail Mills and are an important detail of this destination that sees over 10,000 people annually. With two display cases offering large, full-color ad spaces as well specifically designated spots for your rack cards or brochures, this is a prime location for any business in our region looking to attract visitors and residents alike. As well as an informational stop for guests in our region, the center also serves as a park and ride for those looking to carpool – a feature that adds thousands of people to those annual numbers. By advertising in Destination One, you are given a unique opportunity to be one of the few businesses whose information can be seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and aren’t dependent on the Visitor’s Center being open to the public. These are great spots for local attractions, dining options, shopping, events and any other service or product that appeals to a traveler. Ads will remain in the showcase from May 1 – April 30 and are available to be changed periodically, taking into account the season and audience. This is a chance to make a wise investment in your business, and with a great location and reasonable rates you really can’t go wrong!
